2013 vintage at The Progress. Phenomenal bottle. This wine was made for this menu. Complex with strong fruit,l but a little bit oaky. Not a typical Pinot, but paired exceedingly well with sweet pork, gamey land, octopus, fried squid, beef, herbs, sprouts, etc. — 9 years ago
