Massive butter bomb. Origionally served chilled and it showed very well. As it warmed up the malo took over the wine and it became very viscous and greasy on the finish. Serve and keep chilled. I am excited to see what Bob Cabral is going to bring to this project. A dash of structure could make these wines hedonistic as well as well structured. I will be keeping an eye on Three Sticks. — 9 years ago
