This vintage is 65 percent Chardonnay, 25 percent Sauvignon Blanc and 20 percent melon de Bourgogne. It takes on the citrus of the Sauvignon Blanc and the melon on the palate. Made for a nice accompaniment to salmon dinner. September 2024. — 2 months ago
