🍇Grenache 80%, Syrah 10%, Mourvèdre 6%, Cinsault 4%.
🍷Tasted in a restaurant right after opening with Vietnamese-Style beef.
The nose is gorgeous and express itself very easily, aromas of red fruits and blueberry with garrigue note and a hint of fresh smokiness. The structure is well balanced between great acidity and precise, smooth tannins. Finish is on deep red fruits. Safe bet! 👌🏻 — 5 years ago
Tasted straight after opening.
The noise with moderate complexity is a mixte of floral and nuts aromas. The texture in the mouse is pleasant by its fatness and the aromatic pattern, close to the one on the noise, is generous. — 6 years ago
Tasted in a restaurant right after opening.
Pleasant wine, dark fruits on the nose with spices and a touch of oak. Structure is soft and round but the perception of alcohol is well present (better to drink it a little bite cooler than usual like 16 celsius).
Good to drink for 3-4 more years.
Double decant it 1 hour before drinking. — 5 years ago
Tasted right after opening. The nose had tobacco, leather with still some dark fruits notes, not very complex but enjoyable. On the palate, the attack is soft but the tanins on the finish are too sharp. — 6 years ago

Tasted 1 hour after double decantation on roasted chicken in mustard sauce and roasted potatoes.
The wine needs an additional 1 hour in the glass to fully express itself. The nose is discreet, with aromas of blackberry, forest floor, mushroom and a note of blackcurrant bud. A mature Cabernet Franc. The acidity is lively and the mid-palate is silky, a pity that the finish is short. A pleasure wine. — 5 years ago
