Delectable is not correct it is 68% Pinot Gris , 20% Riesling and 12% Gewurtztraminer , perfect fruit on the attack, lemon zest, grapefruit, citrus, leading into well balanced mild acidity, finishing with a hint of honey on the retro nasal. Beautiful well balanced, mild acidic wine! — 10 years ago
