Happy sipping, during and after dinner, for Bourbon and Zin fans, because their flavors compliment one another: black pepper spice, blackberry, and vanilla--wonderful with Asian-barbecued beef short ribs, AND rustic cherry tart with toasted almonds and whipped cream (with splash of vanilla) — 6 years ago

Favorite Shiraz these days because I like some spice, like black pepper (present, but not overpowering). Nice with grilled dinner, and also Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. — 6 years ago
