Missed this at our blind tasting on daylight savings time, but did at least get the possible varietal, and got to drink this for dinner, so I got that going for me. It tasted older and oxidized, but had big acid that I didn’t pick up completely. — 5 years ago

Really nice if you let it come up above refrigerator temp. The florals are really delicate, and very rewarding. A lot of honeycomb almost makes it seem sweet, but it finishes very dry. — 5 years ago
