Stortebeker schwarzbier. It doesn't get much darker than this. Bold like a face full of bread. Plunging into a mix of solid tannins then a 1/2 dash of sweetness followed by a light lingering bit of bitterness then a subtle ghost of nuttiness on the finish.

Never before tried the white port. I'm generally focused on the tawny. Not at all bad. Like a lighter version of the tawny port. I'll have to explore more in the future. When do I get to go to Portugal? ! — 10 years ago
Sharp tannins, quite dry. Then some dark fruits and a short to medium finish. Ah, but with some pizza from a street vendor in Napoli, it is quite decent. — 8 years ago
Bernard Pawis 2014 Riesling, Muschelkalk. Salle -Unstrut. Mild effervescence, honeydew mellon, good acidity. Medium melony finish. Aromatic. Just a slight undertone of plastic. Really reasonably drinkable, just doesn't appeal to my palate. — 10 years ago
