Bottom line: pretty good, drinkable. Not exciting or stand out in any way. Fruity, with low acidity. Maybe it’s because of the cake on the front, but I got notes of vanilla and chocolate cake batter on the finish. — 7 years ago

Dark, rich plum and blueberry, with some acidity (rhubarb or not ripe raspberries). Nice tannins and slightly peppery finish. Worth the splurge!

Love this wine! So well balanced. Big flavors...big luscious fruit, “Rutherford dust” (earthiness”) and just enough acidity and tannins to balance it out. Hard to drink a $20 cab after this. Sigh... — 7 years ago
