Smooth tannins along with beautiful mouthfeel and complexity. Medium-plus body and acidity but not overpowering. Perfectly balanced. Interesting, versatile and delicious. Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. Light golden color. Aromas and flavors of ripe grapefruit, mango, pineapple along with dried flowers and herbs. Pleasant mineral note on the finish. Fruit from multiple vineyard sites. Bright garnet color with ruby and purple highlights. Bountiful fruit forward aromas and flavors of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, cranberry and kirsch with hints of dried herbs and black pepper. Plush and juicy with soft tannins, medium body and crisp acidity. Tangy, fresh and very “Beaujolais-like.” (Carbonic Maceration?) No sign of oak aging. Thanks for the tasting, Ron B! Blend of Sauvignon Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). Light golden color. Aromas of tropical fruit, white flowers and citrus. Flavors of green and yellow apple, lemon/lime, melon, peach, slate and a slight hint of creamy vanilla (neutral oak aging?) on the medium finish. Bright acidity and nice freshness. Pleasant mouthfeel. Appreciate the taste, Ron B! Revisited in both January and November 2025. Crisp and fresh tasting. — 2 years ago

100% Slovenian Pinot Noir. Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry and raspberry with hints of dried herbs and dusty earth. Juicy red fruit also fills the palate along with a touch of mushroom. Finish is quite savory, bone dry and quite long. Acidity is high but the wine does not seem out of balance. Soft and silky tannins. Opens up nicely with some aeration. Thank you for the tasting, Ron B! Revisited in December 2025. Still bright and fresh tasting. — 2 years ago

Interesting Slovenian white blend of Kerner (80%) and Riesling (20%). Aromas of apple, peach and white flowers. The palate is more orchard fruit (peaches and apricots) focused with additional notes of minerals and ripe pear. Lovely hint of saline on the finish. Bright acidity and freshness. Complex and vibrant. Outstanding! Thanks for sharing this interesting wine, Ron B! Revisited in January 2025. Mouth watering acidity and still very fresh. Revisited again in August 2025. Just stellar!! Mineral notes on the finish are now more pronounced. — 2 years ago
