Certainly on the “big” end of the spectrum, this seeming Bevan disciple stands out for the purity and freshness of dark cherry - for its weight. Truly a delicious treat, the bright palette gives versatility to what would otherwise be a wine I’d enjoy without food. — 6 years ago
@Delectable this is the 1555 Oakville Cabernet.
94-95. There is a purity of fruit and balance here that is pretty great. Red and blue fruit with a hint of green pepper. Got a great deal and bought a bunch. The story I got was this is Silver Oak fruit and the 1555 is a reference to the winery’s address but that doesn’t line up? — 3 years ago

Not really into thick bitches but this hoe is straight chewy and bomb! This shot nice as fuck — 7 years ago

Really good CA Pinot. Lots of big flavor for a Pinot. Good smooth dark fruit with a long finish. Perfect with beef chili and jalapeño cornbread. Rec’d by guy at 31st & Harvard. — 8 days ago
