Some cigar box/cedar too.
P: On it’s own, even after 2 hrs out, a tannic beastie. W some protein, cherries, roses, cocoa, juicy and bright.
The kind of Barolo that could live 30 plus yrs.@ BaroloWineClub

This is such a treat!!! Rose paddle notes on the nose with hints of light earthiness. On the palate it is pleasant and round and balanced acidity! pairs very well with a steak I'm preparing here tonight!! 🍷 Eccellente!! — 9 years ago

Beautiful notes on the nose ranges from prunes, cranberries and a hint of pepper. The mouth feel has a nice rich acidity yet balanced (just like you would expect from Dolcetto) elegant finish. Salute! Having the 2016 vintage — 6 years ago

Very "modern" in approach, but we loved it. Bright, fresh fruit, oak is clearly present. Let our other bottles rest a few years, then revisit. Feels like the oak will recede. — 9 years ago
