I like this bottling for its quality & price point. Although the ABV is rising (15.5%), it really doesn’t show it.

The 21 is well made but needs another 7-8 yrs in bottle to reveal its better self.

Wine of the Night for me. Up against an absolute onslaught of names. Levy and McClellan, harlan, DoNa, El Nido, Bryant, and on and on. Maximum delicious, tannins have softened after a decade, simply sublime. — 8 years ago

Fruit bomb nose with verry ripe black and blue berries, smoke, forrest, spices, vanilla, pure chocolate, massive fruit on the palate, with blackberries and flower flavors, a lot of fruit with silky tannins great acid structure, spices, big long aftertaste ! 98 DSP — 10 years ago
