Wow. I’ve never had a beer like this. Nose is spot on for a Thierry Allemand Cornas, with beautiful toluene and rich sweet fruit. Palate initially is heavy on the oak and then settles more and more towards a combination of complex Syrah and funky sour. — 7 years ago
