Nice Chianti from a producer I haven’t had before. Quite savory with good earth and deep but restrained red fruit. Tannins definitely still quite there even with 8 years of age, but balanced by good acid. Nice as a pairing to roast chicken and porchetta excellent. — 2 months ago
