2015 vintage and well kept. Very good balance between sweetness and acidity. Honey with candied orange peel and almonds aromas of almond cookies and biscuits. Was a nice pairing with flan and fresh fruits including blueberries, strawberries, and kiwis. — 3 months ago

Cantina di Gambellara ‘Monopolio’ Pinot Nero 2019: Light. Clean. Smooth. Nice balance. Young flavors. Bright red cherry & red berries. Hints of oak, white pepper & spice. All in all, this was a pleasant, easy-drinking wine that will offer more excitement & depth in the years to come; that’s why I am happy to be sitting on a 2017 vintage for future consumption! Happy Friday to all! Cheers🍷 — 4 years ago
