Colored raisin brown. Airy and tannin, not too bodiful. Worked well with my seafood dinner — 7 years ago

Really fun to experience a rose’ from the ‘ball’ of Italy’s foot, Ciro’ ! Presented a light crisp wine with floral notes and a quick, dry finish. — 5 years ago
Mild and extremely pleasant to drink, yet despite being delicate it does not lack character or bold taste. This wine has a beautiful almost brown colorful it which is typical of the red grapes grown in Calabria. Truly a wonderful wine to try and enjoy with friends! — 9 years ago
Slight orange scent, and very earthy with a bit of spice. Yum! — 4 years ago
Enjoyed this Sicilian red tonight. Enjoyed the fruity flavors with the semi-hard cheeses after dinner. — 6 years ago
First dry red wine from Calabria. 70% Gaglioppo (Greek origin) 30% Greco Nero. Intriguing savoury nose, some herbal elements leading to a less full bodied wine than expected and of course excellent with pasta and wild boar. Love these hot climate Southern Italian wines like this and also Primitivo from Puglia. 2010 vintage. — 9 years ago

Similar to a limoncello, but better balanced (less alcoholly). — 5 months ago
