Absolutely gorgeous red-orange! So smooth! — 6 years ago
Burst of acetic acid, great tamed tannins at the end, mulch nose, candied/dried orange peel, brackish water?
Beautiful copper red/orange tint that reminds me of fall. — 6 years ago

Slightly buttery. Crisp and lightly sweet. Pretty good. Lighter than expected. — 6 years ago
Non vintage, venezia giulia igt.
What a nose... chocolate, mint, oak, tar, leather, cherry, so much is happening... the palate is showing a massive acid drive, cherry and oaky notes all along. There is width, matter, you could almost chew it. The mid palate is massive. It's a big powerful ball of gentle, slightly drying tannins that power up a superlative finish with sour cherry, chocolate, nice oaky notes and that tiny minty touch that lifts everything. It's a massive wine which is masterfully treading on a very thin thread without ever being too much in any shape or form. — 8 months ago
