Very nice Cremat. Oak aging does what it's supposed adding some complexity and depth rather than overpowering. Nice soft bubbles, good balance and excellent persistence ticking all boxes which one seeks from a quality sparkler. Great aperitiv but works through meal as well. Very good option for Christmas table be it then traditional or more modern cuisine. — 7 years ago
