Very nice Cremat. Oak aging does what it's supposed adding some complexity and depth rather than overpowering. Nice soft bubbles, good balance and excellent persistence ticking all boxes which one seeks from a quality sparkler. Great aperitiv but works through meal as well. Very good option for Christmas table be it then traditional or more modern cuisine. — 6 years ago

Delectable says it’s the white but it was the the red - interesting Folle Noire local red grape. Almost an edge of cab franc to this with Bordeaux cedar on the palate. Drunk at the chateau on the terrace by the chapel after a tour of their cellars. — a year ago
