Best damned white wine I’ve had in a long time. A good balance of acid, minerality, and fruit with a surprisingly low 12.5% ABV. The vintage I had used differing varietals from those in the closest match I could find here: Mainly Xarel·lo (of Cava fame) with some Malvasia and Garnatxa Blanca. — 2 years ago

Vintage 2021 | This wine is like an adolescent child, you need trust to see it grow up, ripen and develop into a balanced adult. Some people like this wine young with its peach-apricot youthness.
