CVed 10/18/19 Acker buy. Brown bottle worries one that color had turned and wine no good. But it's fine. Deep golden color loads of typical fruits and floral notes. Gripping texture and good length. Opened 11/15/19. A fine drink for food. Rather amazing lasted these many years. — 7 years ago

Sexy garnet. Currants mixed with blue berries, myrrh, a touch of green pepper and some dry, dusty underbrush. Great body. Nice structure. Tannins are still firm but not unenjoyable. Enough acidity to last...and accompany a hearty meal. Wish I had more than one more bottle left. Plenty of life. Sisseck did a great job with this. Can only imagine a Pingus. — 12 years ago
