If I’m reading the previous notes properly this vintage appears to be heftier than others— no lightweight by any means. Can you ever have too many Burgundies to taste? Wonderful trade tasting. The Gros Frere et soeur wines don’t get additional sulphur so they seem older and wilder than many of the wines at the tasting. The Vougeot has the stuffing to balance the wildness. — 6 years ago
