NOSE: acidic tree sap, some medicinal berry. Wintergreen. Dandelion root? Weird.
TASTE: a dash of bubblegum! Herbs and roots and bitter chocolate. Minerals. Sweet in an aspartame sort of way. It’s weird and not to my taste but I really can’t say it’s bad. I feel like it would be great with with dishes heavy with fennel or anise…lamb maybe? More air mitigated the weirdness. 89. — 10 months ago
