One of the best chards I’ve tasted and I’m a Pinot fan of Brewer Clifton. I am going back for more. — 5 years ago
The cork right after opening smelled like honey, green apples, and pineapple. The nose smelled of yeast and fermented pineapple immediately after opening, but now with some time more honey and less yeast with an almost marzipan-esque smell. The palate transfers through from the cork with riper pineapple, honey and a sweeter apple. The finish is a bit of dried apricot. Acidity rushes down the sides of the tongue. This is nice with my panko crusted chicken and roasted carrots. — 6 years ago

Greg Brewer’s Diatom label is an utter unique expression of chardonnay and is the best QPR you’ll find. This one - like many of these - will improve with a couple of more years in bottle due to the (relatively) high acidity. Super cool wine - like a Premier Cru Chablis on steroids. — 5 years ago

"Odedi"
Deep yellow in color with a golden hue.
Strong nose of ripe apples and oak notes.
Full-bodied and elegant with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with pears, apples, peaches, citrus, oak, light honey, vanilla, Indian spices, sea salt, light earth and herbs.
Long finish with white pepper and spices.
This 4 year old Chardonnay from Santa Barbara County is drinking beautifully. Rich and extracted. Fruit forward, elegant and complex. Spicy with a nice mouthfeel.
Wine Spectator 93 points. Robert Parker 98 points.
Definitely not your typical California Chardonnay, but rather more in the style of a white Sin Qua Non.
Delicious by itself as a sipping wine, or with food.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
92 points.
