Dark ruby purple. Black cherry, blackberry cobbler on the inviting nose. Mouth-filling medium-full palate confirms the nose adding a hint of red apple back palate. All of that wraps a backbone of medium tannins (asserting late on the palate) and acidity. Finish continues the palate with a bit of dark licorice. This is a great introduction to the upper echelons of Burgundy that's naturally a perfect accompaniment to just about anything. American Thanksgiving is a given. CrackaJack! Kitties bow of rose. This brought the flava! Tonked it with fillet Mignon, Provençal sangas, dauphine cheese. Red and black berries and smokey cigar box on nose.
