Slavonia is the eastern region of Croatia, filled with beautiful farmland and kind people. They produce a lot of very good wine, though it typically takes a backseat to its flashier (and frankly better) coastal compatriots. But this little number really surprised me and but up a “W” for the good guys! Light pink color with a soft, floral nose. Excellent balance and a little dry tartness. — 5 years ago
