Medium gold. Aromas of green apple, peach, honey, petroleum, pineapple, and pear. The palate has notes of lemon, lime, and minerality, with a medium body and smooth texture. The acidity is high yet remarkably balanced. A bit tight at first, it opens up beautifully with air. Enjoyable now, but I’d love to see how it evolves over the next 5-10 years.
