Riesling based sparkling wine. Dry and a tiny bit on the sweat side. Used to drink this back in Germany 25 years ago. Great Thanksgiving opener.

Our first German Sekt, 100% Riesling 24g/L a bit more than our usual taste but very crisp with only hints of sweetness.
