Very big and complex; opened almost smokey and with tar - used a by the glass aerator - 30 mins later - wow - big fruit coming through but also smoothing out - still young. Very glad Hestan vineyards recommended I stop by this tasting room. A block or two down from Hestan, almost diagonally across from French Laundry. They are making very good wine here. — 10 years ago
