Too early, too late or spot on? When is the perfect moment to drink a wine? This 206 vintage has a dark red purple color, even shiny. In the nose pepper, leather, tobaco, cherry, pencil, wood, nogat and even mushroom. In the mouth very well balanced. Sweet and umami, flirting with acidity and tannins smoothning. Spot on? The company was perfect for the vintage and I assume it has some years ahead but why wait? Because it can? — 8 years ago
