Sweet, sour, and crisp like a Granny Smith. — 5 years ago
Vintage 2015 / there is an army of interesting 'petit vins' in France, that makes you happy when you taste them. This sauvignon blanc offers nice citrus smell, impeccable balance with lively acidity. Much better than mediocre Sancerre! We drank it with melon/ham and broadbeans/halibut. It's a terrific impuls for a good mood. — 8 years ago
Really dark and rich. Almost drinks like a port. Enjoying this over a couple of days. Great value — 7 years ago

Vintage 2005 / Impuls purchase when leaving a wineshop. Crumbling cork, I thought OMG. Bandol can be very tight tannic and stubborn. I saw the word stoïc, and that’s a fine description for some Mourvèdre wines. Good acidity, medium weight. And then happened a little wonder in the glass, with air the red fruit became more apparent. Lovely. Also spicyness with a dominant cinnamon. Enjoyed it. For a 15 year old wine I paid a bargain price. Paired with Steak and mushrooms and French style stewed leek. — 5 years ago
