This was a tasty late harvest wine with notes of ginger spice, a medium body wine with a bit of sweetness. Perfect for a nice fall dinner, pork or turkey. — 5 years ago

Yummmmm. LOVE this one! So good. — 10 years ago
Peppery, spicy on the tongue with dry finish, mild fruitiness but mostly spice. Almost tastes like there's literal pepper in it, but that improves as it breathes. Its a neat wine, I enjoyed it — 4 years ago

Not quite an icewine from Niagara. Not too sweet. Nice as desert or with blue cheese! — 7 years ago
Good ice wine, I believe it was a single gold medal winner. The alcohol is just slightly detectable but it has a smooth texture and very fruity notes. — 9 years ago
Dry with currant and cherry over tones, nice pepper spice finish. Just lovely! — 10 years ago
Amazing dry Niagara Riesling. Tastes more French than Ontario, strong minerality and still retains some sweetness. Delicious. — 10 years ago
Light and summery — 5 years ago
light, crisp, almost 'fizzy ' on the tongue. Drier and not buttery than regular chardonnay, tho still has the fruity taste.
More smooth when warmer, but crisper and more refreshing when served cold — 6 years ago
This is an excellent wine. Very smooth. — 7 years ago
Super colorful vibrant yellow. Lots of fruit. Really nice — 7 years ago
Sweet, not as syrup-like compared to other ice wines. Fruity notes and a slight mineral smell. Would recommend for people who aren't into truly sweet wines like Moscato's and other ice wines. — 9 years ago
Easy drinking — 10 years ago

Strong berry flavors for a Baco, but still with that woody tobacco notes for a lovely balance — 3 months ago
