The palate offers an exquisite example of Bordeaux - smooth and savory at the five-year mark. We drank the La Legende de Saint-Martin Sancerre Cuvée Prestige 2019, which is Vinifie et mis en bouteille par S.C.E.V. Fleuriet. Nose of fern and citrus rind, nice crisp acidity on the palate, some herbal notes continuing and some white peach and citrus notes, with a strong underlying slate or crushed gravel. — 3 years ago
