Good basic frappato, a Sicilian staple. — a month ago
Cherries all the way down. Crisp. Perfect with burgers. — 5 years ago
Kind of an amazing blend that truly seems to represent Etna with both the nerello mascalese and the frappato/nero d’avola. Had a little more weight and power than I expected, while still retaining freshness — 3 months ago
No sulfur? No problem! So vibrant. The carbonic like Grenache notes really sing, and always love Nero d’Avola. Floral, violets, almost blue-fruited aromatics not unlike Northern Rhône, but then soft and supple tannins, Light-to medium bodied, just lovely. — 5 years ago
