Palate has dried & fresh cherries, dried strawberry, moist chalk and slight citrus pith on the medium finish.

A fun bottle of Prosecco rosé after a day full of the outdoor household chores.

Good frivolous prosecco with an impressive pearl. Freshness of a green apple, yellow plum, white flowers, grass. Sufficiently acidic with an average body. Most Italian dry or semi-sweet sparkling wines are made in this Charmat-Martinotti way. I liked it very much. — 7 years ago
