After multiple attempts to add the vintage I will put it in the body of my note, 2019.
Opened last night with my Wine group.
When first opened, I found the wine to be young and dominated by Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. One of the reasons we bring more bottles than necessary. ( 5 people 13 bottles) it’s so we have wine left over to bring home and taste the next day. I wanted something light for dinner tonight. I decided to.pair the wine with pastrami smoked salmon. The most noticeable change was the semillon starting to exert itself. The honey wax flavors provided lovely roundness to the herbal and citrus flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc. Many years of life ahead. — a month ago
