2023 vintage. Another delicious Poulsard from Eric Thill. Typical light transparent ruby red colour. Delicate perfume of pomegranate, cuberdons, and flowers. Fresh, crispy red fruit, with light, velvety tannins and amazing length for such a light wine ( abv. 12%, which is slightly higher than the previous vintage). Very small production, a hard find, but well worth seeking out. — 16 days ago

World of difference tasted on itself - in that case I find the 14 degrees alcohol disturbing - or with food. Secretly a lot of power, so I thought a combination with venison steak appropriate.
