Great Malbec at this low price point. Lots of fruit and mild tannins. — 5 years ago
Subtle blackberry nose with strong fumes. Complex mineral blend. Jelly-like texture. Dates and prunes stick out after opening up. Lemon peel after-taste. Amazing quality/price. — 8 years ago
Argentinian Blend of Malbec (52%), Merlot (21%), Syrah (15%), Cabernet Sauvignon (7%), Petite Verdot (3%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). Dark ruby/purple color. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, wet soil and roasted nuts. Medium-plus body and very long finish. Creamy texture and fine tannins. Just a bit touch of sharpness. Really good South American wine. A lot like clos de los siete — 8 years ago
I think this is an amazing Malbec blend - 58%, 23% Merlot, 10% Cab, 8% Syrah, and 1% Petit Verdot but… it needs to open up a little bit more; I can’t help being impatient- this wine has been 9 years for me to find it tucked away in a small city Arkansas liquor store. Initial impressions are - I love this but and the intricacy of the blend. On the nose - definitely blackberry and black currants. So smooth and perfectly balanced on the palette. I would definitely purchase this again but I’d look for an older bottle for sure! Oh, did I mention this bottle cost under $20? — 10 months ago

This wine will give the run for the money (around $20-ish), taste a fell absolute Lucius, a beautiful concept guided by legendary Michel Roland from a single vineyard at the valley de Uco, Argentina. A complex blend dominated by half (50%) Malbec, 24% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 7% cab sauv, 3% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cab Franc. Tanning are solid, inky and waxy texture with a long finish. Needs to breathe! — 13 days ago
