Really amazing spumante that ages beautifully. — 5 years ago
Paired this Zin with a Chimmichurri crusted flank steak done over a cast iron skillet with James Brown and Ton Loc playing in the background. Turned out to be a really good pairing. The sweet tobacco leaf texture married well with the chimmi. Like most of the Turley Zins this one has aged well. Drink now. — 8 years ago

The Royal from Loc Brewery in Tilburg Holland was made for the 50th birthday of His Royal Highness King Willem Alexander. A fresh and fruity pale, made with 50 oranges (symbol of the Royal family), with malted barley, hops and yeast. And water off course. A nice bitterness, lively beer. Good effort of this small brewery. — 7 years ago
