The Marigny Carbonic Maceration Yamhill-Carlton Pinot Noir

Someone else here described it as "chuggy juice" and I've never felt something more in my life — 24 days ago

Rising Tides Paso Robles Syrah Blend

Bought a case of this from Matt (winemaker) in 2008 when their tasting room was more of a shack. This is the last of the vintage and it’s just so good. A lot going on in this bottle still. Complex and earthy. Glad we waited! — 2 years ago

The Marigny Direct Press Sur Lie Pinot Gris

Whoa! This was a surprise. Tart apple, Brie cheese. Slightly effervescent. In that ABv sweet spot as well. Drink with impunity. — 3 years ago

The Marigny Super Deluxe Cuvée Chardonnay 2017

Well balanced, silky and smooth cream. Ripe pear, lemon, grass. Dry with high acidity and medium + body. Flavors of butter, cream, green apple and lime on the palate. Very tasty and easy to drink. — 5 years ago

The Marigny Super Deluxe Cuvée Pinot Noir 2022

I seem to like every wine Andy makes from package to palate. Natural, but done the right way. Not a science experiment. Charming, playful, and restrained. Incredibly easy to drink. — 8 months ago

Silver Eagle Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018

First wine I’ve had from this producer and another notch in Matt Courtney’s belt. A really beautiful Sonoma Coast Pinot through and through with fantastic energy, texture, structure, and balance. Earthy berries. Stone fruits. Layers upon layers of aromas and flavors. Reads a bit hot at 14.1%. Stunning wine, but is it worth 2.5 times the price of Faiveley Mercurey? 🤷🏼‍♂️ — 2 years ago

Disco Nap Willamette Valley Trousseau Gris Pinot Gris

Lots of acid and funk at first but totally changed with a few mins in the glass. Really interesting creamy notes, maybe some melon. Weird but fun :) — 4 years ago
