Purchased during visit to the winery on Santorini in August 2019 with Michael and Rachel. Mavrotragano grape is indigenous to Santorini. Black grape with similar profile to Nebbiolo. Red currant, spice, some tar. Smoke? Fruity, nice tannins. — 10 months ago
Big sliced plum flavors, medium tannin and surprisingly light body with an inky black color — 5 years ago
Quite deep ruby , garnet rim . Spicy , earthy , dark plum , cherry, cassis . On the palate dark fruits , cassis , plum , cherry with grafite and some wood spices , slightly sweet fruited finish . Nice balanced acidity and rounded but noticeable tannins . Very alive . Now and over the next 5-8 years . @ sexyfish London — 6 months ago

Tastes a the winery. Lovely, bright colour, very easy drinking. Definitely a nice summer red, albeit maybe very dangerous! — 6 months ago
Excellent wine! — 7 months ago
Nose: dark cherries, black berries, dark plums, all ripe; dried cherry, prune, chocolate. High acidity, full bodied, high alcohol, bold tannins, same taste as nose with peppercorn and nutmeg. Long finish. — 5 years ago

Purple hue. Doughy nose. Lots of cherries. Hints of cinnamon. Really wonderful and enjoyable drinking blend of 90% Kotsifali and 10% Mavrotragano. — 2 months ago
