Good grief this is outstanding. — 5 years ago
Bright, floral, tropical. My first passerina (I think) and it resembles the Mendall macabeu, but with not quite as much depth or yeastiness. But still unmistakably a natural wine. Part of Visions III, Nov 2018. — 6 years ago
Way out there and wonderful. Salty watermelon, saline bubblegum. A wild and delicious trip. — 3 years ago
Fantastic. Hazy peach, a touch of grapefruit, and plenty of honey funk. Reminiscent of the Mendall macabeos but this vintage (I think it’s 2017) is 100% voignier. Part of the Psychic wines Visions pack for January 2019. Resolving to drink more from Ardeche. — 6 years ago
Smells like tears... then nori. Tastes like the Wild West. Tumbleweeds blowing thru the outlaw town at high noon. Then like old folk songs by the fireside at midnight. Goddamn laureano serres. Then the tail end is all manischewitz & acidity. Also smells like dog tongue and stainless steel. — 6 years ago
At Juice Bar, and it was delicious, cold and smooth and bright. Yes that’s right, smooth AND bright. — 5 years ago
