Compared to the non-rose version this has less oak influence. Plenty of red berries on nose and palate. Medium+ acidity adds some tartness and in my opinion this needs food por more time in the bottle. On 2nd day better balanced as the midpalate picks up significantly — 4 years ago

Very nice Cremat. Oak aging does what it's supposed adding some complexity and depth rather than overpowering. Nice soft bubbles, good balance and excellent persistence ticking all boxes which one seeks from a quality sparkler. Great aperitiv but works through meal as well. Very good option for Christmas table be it then traditional or more modern cuisine. — 6 years ago
