Vino Grigio Naramata Bench Pinot Grigio 2017

The whites from Van Westen are often overlooked under the shadow of their excellent reds. This grigio is excellent though. This wine is real and without gimmicks. That almost makes it an exception for Pinot Gris in Naramata. Genuine and well made. A very nice glass of wine with the mineral, lemon, and sage in perfect balance. — 6 years ago

Voluptuous Merlot Cabernet Franc 2016

Black currant here with maybe a powderier and softer structure than I remember in other vintages. That said, this is such a great wine year after year. If you enjoy it, try getting your hands on their Vulture which is 100% Cab Franc for a similar expression without the merlot to mellow it. — 5 years ago

Naramata Bench Pinot Noir 2017

Paired it with Latchi Indian food from Penticton while the fires are raging in Christie Mountain. Wines like this make you forget the world around you. What a crazy year you’ve been 2020! — 5 years ago

Reserve Grand Total Merlot Blend 2015

This one is quite worth a try. An Okanagan Bordeaux-type blend. The Cab Franc is quite evident here with a bit of sweetness that is quite interesting. We had it with grilled lamb and potatoes. — 6 years ago
