I received this wine as a gift. Apparently their tasting room in Yountville is a partnership of some sort with Ralph Lauren Home... which seems like a brilliant concept to sell furniture, etc. Lime and peach lead the way, with some tropical undertones. Plenty of salty minerality that reminds me of Albariño. — 7 years ago
Good, dark red fruit. Young but not crazy tannins - Little short/thin for my taste. Prob could use a little more age. — 8 years ago
Very nice. Neptune's with kmw and dkw. October 2014. It was a little warm. Probably great colder — 9 years ago

This Pinot Noir is not as heavy or fruity as many other California Pinots and we liked it very much. Nice acidity and pretty balanced. — 7 years ago
Deep ruby red in color. The nose is like opening a pack of spearmint Trident gum. There’s also aromas of smashed blackberries, mocha and graphite. Full bodied with soft tannin and balanced acidity. The mocha is more pronounced on the palate, and it’s joined with flavors of blackberries, cherries and sticky herbs. The spearmint return on the the finish, which is long lasting and has a mouthfeel I can only describe as corn-mealish. — 7 years ago
Knocked my socks off and I wasn’t wearing any. Just a stellar Cab. Smile maker. Big black cherry, powered by plums, dark malted chocolate notes. — 7 years ago
Golden yellow. There’s a lot of cooked apple on the nose, along with lychee nut, rose pedals, citrus peel, and a hint of Trident gum. Medium bodied with medium acidity and a slightly oily mouthfeel. Flavors of cooked apple, lychee nut, and canned pineapple. Finishes with a touch of heat and long lasting flavors of cooked apples and peppermint. Lively summer thirst quencher! — 7 years ago
