Dark and brooding with lingering eucalyptus and graphite notes. At year 10 it has shaved off the hard edges yet still retains power. Peaking now but should have another 5-8 years drinking window.

Enjoyed this at the ritz @ northstar with martha and Tom for martha’s birthday. Sommelier recommended. Well structured rich red with hints of rose petal, sandlewood and pomegranate. So says the sommelier. Dofinately again — 8 years ago
