One of the better Chilean cabs I’ve ever had. Hop in the mkt — 5 years ago
Good soft nose. Elegant, good body and finish. Impressive for the price point. Split aging between new oak, used and stainless steel. Bright fruit, tannins are subtle and good acid. Drinkable for the next 5 years. I'll drink again. — 6 years ago
Chewy, pulpy mouth feel. A bit of bell pepper, but knows it's place, a few steps back from the foreground. Wish I had a steak in front of me, as it would pair very nicely. This could be a great wine for grilling this summer for those on a budget. Organic grapes. Inexpensive.
Sample bottle from sales rep, who will likely be getting an order for this on Monday. — 8 years ago
2020 Vintage. Bright red fruit aromas. Little bit of oak, vanilla, black peper and black fruit. Very pleasent and atractive aroma. Good acidity, full bodied. Balanced. Tannid bit harsh and hard. Very Good finish. — 3 years ago
Nice Chilean Malbec with a Norwegian name. Pleasant, but not remarkable. — 5 years ago
Not as sweet as other Merlots, lots of legs, a bit acidic in mouth, toó strong to drink without food — 6 years ago
Lovely wine, mostly smooth cherry flavour. I would rate it as the second before wine that I have tried. Really pleasantly to drink ( have to buy it again)! — 5 years ago
Really interesting Chilean Red. This one had to improve with age! Dark fruits, poblano pepper with a touch of anise. Black pepper spice on the long finish. Great with beef! Thanks Ron! Revisited in March 2020. Wine has aged well. Does not taste like a typical Carmeniere. Very good. Revisited yet again in October 2020. Ditto. — 5 years ago
