This wickedly fresh and floral Syrah found its way to our table tonight. Blackberry, violets, white pepper and smoky minerals lift from the glass. It's silky with ripe black fruits, yet contrasted by brisk acids and spice, seeming almost salty at times. The 2018 is packed full of character, tapering off to hints of olive and savory spice. A perfect pairing with grilled Lamb as well! — 5 years ago
