I am generally not a fan of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon but this one is very feminine, elegant, and outstanding. This bright purple wine has a nose that continues to evolve with time. It starts with black cherry and earthy aromas of tobacco and leather and raspberry tea leaves. Then a mint and herbaceous character comes through on top of vanillins. All this, and much more on the palate finishing with a slight element of sweet tart candy. This is not a bad thing: one of the best wines I've tasted the last 12 months. — 12 years ago
