Really delicious Gewurtztraminer, floral with fennel notes — 9 years ago
Reduction upon opening, then pure ethereal slightly dusty fruit. Aroma like drier sheets in a good way, tons of freshness, and the slightest hint of olive. Gorgeous. (I think it is 2014 but I'm not sure -- label states 11,2% ABV). — 8 years ago
Lychee, kiwi, gardenias, gooseberries, candle wax, persimmon, butterscotch, bitter almond flower. Rounded acidity, medium bodied, fizzy texture, crisp-slightly briny-bitter finish. Aromatic, floral, begins and finishes like a totally different wine. Not a sparkler, barely a frizzante, defies categorization. — 9 years ago
